This page explains what information puja-patel.com collects and how it's used. In short: you can browse the site without giving any personal information. If you sign up for the free masterclass or send us a question through a form, we collect what you enter and use it to reply and to send what you asked for. The site also uses the measurement and email tools described below.
When you choose to fill in a form on this site, we collect the information you enter:
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, and are handled under FormSubmit's terms. Masterclass sign-ups are also added to our email tool, Customer.io (see below), so we can send the related emails. We use what you submit only to reply to you and to send what you signed up for — we don't sell it.
We use Customer.io to send emails (such as masterclass details and reminders) and to measure how our emails and this site perform. Customer.io may set a cookie and record actions like pages viewed and buttons clicked, and — if you've given us your email by signing up or by clicking a link in one of our emails — associate that activity with you. Customer.io processes this under its Privacy Policy. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
This site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the page — where they scroll, what they click, and where they get stuck. Clarity captures behavioral data such as mouse movement, scrolling, clicks/taps, pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location (from your IP address), and may replay anonymized sessions. Clarity uses first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies to do this.
We use this data to improve the site and its content. Data captured by Clarity is processed under Microsoft's Privacy Statement. You can learn more about Clarity at clarity.microsoft.com.
This site also uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure which of our posts and campaigns bring visitors here, and to enable Meta to show our content to similar audiences. The pixel shares standard event data with Meta — pages viewed, buttons clicked (such as starting checkout or booking a call), device and browser information, and identifiers from Meta cookies (such as _fbp) — which Meta processes under Meta's Privacy Policy.
You can control how Meta uses this data via Meta Ad Preferences, and opt out of interest-based advertising generally at optout.aboutads.info.
If you join The Second Brain Method, checkout happens on Circle (circle.so), our community platform, with payments processed by their payment provider. Any information you enter there (name, email, payment details) is collected and processed by Circle under Circle's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We receive your name and email as part of your membership; we never see or store your full payment details.
Cookies and similar technologies on this site are set by the tools described above: Microsoft Clarity (analytics), the Meta Pixel (advertising measurement, e.g. _fbp), and Customer.io (email measurement). The site also uses your browser's local storage to remember the campaign source of your first visit (UTM parameters) and, if you arrive from one of our emails, your email address — so we can understand which content brought you here and attribute your activity. You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings; the site works fine without them.
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
