For service providers who trade time for money: consultants, coaches, advisors and agency owners whose capacity stops where their hours do. You already use AI. It hasn't given you more capacity, because it doesn't know how your business actually runs. Three live events at the intersection of operations, data and AI change that: see your numbers clearly, write down how your business runs once, then hand the repeatable parts to AI, so you can take on more without adding hours.

“I'm impressed with how quickly this creates clarity. A clear view of what's happening operationally, where the bottlenecks are, and what needs to happen next.”
“Just the thought of taking everything out is overwhelming to me... I didn't realize I had 12 systems until I did your map... It was so easy to use, it understood it so quickly. This is so fun.”
“I was looking for a place where I can actually implement and learn the things I see online. This is one of the only places where I got the help MY business needed and not some generic course or template.”
“Everything lives in such silos; I've created the same documents probably 500 times... I see it. I know that I can be more productive and help a lot of people in the process.”
“Love your program. This is gold. It brings so much clarity. Very valuable.”
“I'll be honest with you. I was very skeptical... you had really insightful questions like already built in... it definitely had a lot more practical recommendations than like fluff.”
“I'm really impressed... the software came up with steps... and some were like, 'Oh, yeah... that would be great if I did that.'”
“We really enjoy your take as well because it's like what's actually helping the small business owner.”
“See, this is where I would have stopped and been like, 'It's broken.' I would not have clicked that five times in a row.”
When you sell your time, your capacity is your calendar. You've spent years getting very good at what you do, and clients come to you for it. And somehow everything still routes through you: the pricing calls, the follow-ups, the client updates, every "how do we do this?", the numbers you pull together at 10pm to figure out if last month was actually good.
If your business only works because you remember everything, it isn't a system yet. It's folklore. Nobody else can do it your way, because your way only exists in your head.
Meanwhile every week there's a new AI tool, a new "agent," a new thing you're supposedly behind on. You already use ChatGPT or Claude. It's useful. It hasn't given you a single hour back, and it never sticks to the business.
That's not because AI doesn't work. AI only knows what you paste into a chat, and AI on top of a scattered business just makes the mess move faster. Simplify first. Write it down once. That's what these three events build.
Most advice picks one. Fix your processes. Track your numbers. Use AI. On its own, each one stalls, and I've watched it happen in business after business I've mapped:
You fix whatever feels most urgent, not what's actually costing you. Without the numbers, you're guessing which part of the business to fix first.
Dashboards nobody acts on. The numbers tell you something's off, but if how the work gets done only lives in your head, nothing changes.
AI only knows what you put in front of it. On top of a scattered business, it just makes the mess move faster.
Put together, each one has a job. Operations is how the work actually gets done, written down once in your second brain. Data is how you see it: what's working, what's leaking and where your hours go. AI is how you hand it off, and because the work is written down and measured, you can tell if it's actually helping.
That's why the series starts with your numbers. They show you where your operations really need work, so you simplify the right thing before you automate it. This is the same order I use with my consulting clients, and it's why the builds stick.
Every event is a working session on your business, not a presentation. The order is on purpose: first how to collect and decide with your data, then your numbers on one screen, then the second brain that holds how your business runs, with your numbers in it. You build while I build, and you leave each one with a result you can use the next morning.
Before Event 2. Right after you join, your welcome email walks you through setting up Claude. Do it before and you're ready to build along, even if you're new to Claude.
Most owners have their data spread across five tools and make the big calls from memory and a gut feeling. In this deep dive you learn how to collect the data your business already produces, how to analyze it without a data team, and how to turn it into decisions. Then we look at where it can work in your business: sales, delivery, cash and your own time.
We build a live dashboard of your own numbers in Claude, step by step, screen shared. Revenue, pipeline, cash, or whatever Event 1 showed matters most to you. No code background needed. This is the hands-on build, so it's the one to be live for: you build yours while I build mine, and we fix anything that breaks right there.
We map where your hours actually go and find the one workflow costing you the most. We cut it down to the simplest version. Then we build your second brain: how you price, sell, deliver and talk to clients, written down once, so Claude works from how your business really runs instead of guessing. The numbers from Events 1 and 2 go in too.
No slides for an hour and a pitch at the end. It's informal, it's hands-on, and it's the closest thing to sitting next to me while I build.
“Once you have your files in order, this is kind of like magic... this is so wild to see like all my on decks and things that I haven't done, things that I need to do.”Christopher · consultant · said live in the Sep 28 workshop

The goal is capacity: more clients, more output, without more of your hours. And we believe in simplicity. Technology is there to create leverage in your business, not to experiment with every new tool the week it comes out. We use as few tools as possible, on purpose, and every one of them has a job.
You don't need to be technical, and you don't need to know where to click. I'll be on screen showing you. The skill here is knowing how you do your work, and you already know that better than anyone.
I help business owners get their business out of their own heads. I learned how by doing it to mine first.
I work where operations, data and AI meet. I've mapped more than 100 businesses, and the pattern is almost always the same: the whole thing runs on one person's head, the numbers live in five different places, and the AI tools they pay for don't touch either one.
My own business runs on a second brain I built for myself first. Clients, pipeline, content, cash. It's what lets me run the whole thing without being the bottleneck in it. That's exactly what I build with you in these three events. Not theory I packaged. The thing I actually use every day.
No. One payment, one time. You get all three events, the recordings, and everything in your ticket.
Yes. Right after you join, your welcome email walks you through setting up Claude. Do it before Thursday's build and you're ready. Everything else I walk through on screen, step by step. You don't need to know where to click.
Every event is recorded and the recordings are yours to keep. Come live if you can, though. The hot seats and the questions in the room are where most things click.
Until Monday, October 12 at 11:59 PM ET, the Workshop Pass is $147 and the Personalized Pass is $297. From Tuesday, October 13 they're $247 and $397. Same tickets, same events. Doors close Monday, October 26 at 12:00 PM ET, two hours before Event 3.
The Workshop Pass teaches you the method and you build along. The Personalized Pass builds it around your business: OpMap maps how your business runs, the workflow analysis finds what's costing you hours and money, and your projects are built around your bottlenecks. You also get two live working sessions with me, on Thursday, November 5 and Thursday, November 12, and your OpMap access runs through Nov 26. If you want this done on your business rather than learned in general, get the Personalized Pass.
OpMap is a tool I created from the methodology I use with my consulting clients to map their businesses. Now you get the same process in a 30-minute conversation that lays out how your business actually runs, where your time goes, and what to fix first. It's included in the Personalized Pass.
No. The skill is knowing how you do your work and writing it down clearly. Everything technical, I walk through on screen, step by step.
You don't have to. It works with what you choose to put in front of it. You decide which files, which docs, which numbers. You start small with one thing, you check its work, and you only hand over more when you trust it. That's how we build in every event.
It's built for service providers already running a real business who use AI and want it to actually do something. You don't need to know where to click. I'll be on screen showing you. You do need a business to point it at.
The recordings are yours to keep, and so is everything you built in your second brain. On the Personalized Pass, you have two live working sessions with me on November 5 and November 12, and your OpMap access runs through Thursday, November 26. Nothing renews or bills again. If you want to keep building with me after that, I'll share how at the last event.
